A 10x20 unit will hold the contents of a fully furnished 3 bedroom home. i.e. 3 bedroom sets, desk, dinning room table with chairs, a hutch, kitchen table with chairs, couch, loveseat, TV, and 25 to 30 medium sized boxes.

AC units are preferable when storing furniture and house hold items. All of our air conditioners are set to no higher then 76 degrees and include dehumidifiers.

Located on the 2nd or 3rd floor and accessed via 2 large freight elevators.
