A 10x10 unit will hold a sparsely furnished one bedroom apartment. i.e. a bedroom set, a couch, a small stuffed chair, TV, kitchen table with 4 chairs, washer and dryer, and 20 to 25 medium sized boxes.

AC units are preferable when storing furniture and house hold items. All of our air conditioners are set to no higher then 76 degrees and include dehumidifiers.

Located on the 2nd or 3rd floor and accessed via 2 large freight elevators.
